THREE trash bags: adventurous siblings,
FOUR trash bags: double dates,
FIVE trash bags: family portrait…
For this project, I will be interpreting the compositions of trash bags along 14th street and relate
them to social actions or events. Through the use of labels, I create portraits of the consumerist society that we
live in, that place us and trash bags on the same level: we are what we consume – we are what we throw away.
